Kimlans Classic line uses steams soy beans, roasted wheat, and Australian sea salt. It is then all carefully fermented for 6 months. The finished product has a unique and refreshing aroma. This line is suitable for all sorts of cooking from stir-fry to glazing. A must have for every kitchen.
